Excitement & Heartbreak Around FIFA World Cup 2026

So here we are near to the end of World greatest and expensive sport in the world only 2 weeks left for its curtains to shutdown. We are talking about FIFA World Cup 2026.
It’s been a crazy World Cup till now with a exit of 5 time world champion Brazil , 4 time world champion Germany, the Netherlands, and also European National League champions Portugal. These teams were such favorites to even reach semi finals with the character they hold and the kind of star studded players they have whether it’s Vinicius Junior, Neymar, Cristiano Ronaldo, Manuel Neuer, Jamal or any other big stars in all those teams.
Even before matches, there were lots of talks with regards to the guarantee these teams carry along with them to reach to the next rounds but along with it they were actually carrying a lot of baggage and weight of the people wishes to see them go through the next round. But these players are also humans and people sometimes forget that. With every goal these players do they they bring in lot of hope, happiness, and joy to their country people. But with every loss they are heartbroken at the same time with tears falling down and wait for the next 4 years begin again to see their country lifting the world cup once again.
Whether it’s kids, teenagers, or older people they bring every fan of them to the streets with each goal or heartbreak. They celebrate together with happiness or cry together with heartbreak of losing out.
With some of the major countries losing out in the round of 32 or round of 16 with few still matches to play, it’s getting really hard to predict the World Cup winner this time.
With the teams like Belgium, Egypt and many others who are ranked way out of best 10 teams of the world, they have made their presence felt on the world stage and moved to the next round with their all hard work and teamwork.
Even the fight is on with the Golden Boot right now and it’s a really tough choice with quarterfinals, semi-finals, and finals still on the way. It’s really a hard choice to make right now between:
- Messi’s footwork to go past the goal post
- Mabbpe dribbling out to score a quick goal
- Henry Kane’s presence of mind to score goals for his team
- A Norway Viking King
Erling Haaland header or a bullet kick going into goal post
This fight is really tough and will stay that way until we know the real finalist at the end. But everyone is fighting for the prize right now and even for their teams and countries as well. It’s a well fought world cup till now. Full of goals, records, and full on entertainment where you can’t even guess which team is winning because we saw games going in extreme extra times or penalties and players scoring their to win the match from the jaws of the other teams.
Even take example of Paraguay or Iran or Cabo Verde. These teams came with a intention to show world that we are also present here in the big league and they left their footprint on every football fan around the world. They made sure every major team needs to do hard work in order to win against them 
. They can’t win so easy against them at all. These countries showed the fighting spirit in them and left a mark in every individual memory for sure. Don’t forget this World Cup is not only seen in 48 countries who are participating but all around the world, the clubs are also watching these smaller countries players and trust me they will surely be hired soon to play in some major clubs.
So let’s hope we are still having some wonderful memories left to come in the next 2 weeks full of entertainment, football fever, and great sportsmanship. Let’s see who wins this tournament and also the golden boot
